The largest hybrids in the line complements the Mantara family with its distinctive look. Utilizing the same concept as the Mantara family, the square profile moves the center of gravity rearward and creates a higher MOI. Designed to replace traditional #3, 4 and 5-irons, these are large volume clubs for maximum forgiveness on off-center shots. The Mantara hybrids will set up much like a fairway wood with the face forward feature and will have a very neutral or straight ball flight, rather than many draw biased designs offered today. The unique rectangular shape helps provide unbelievable performance on a design to replace harder-to-hit long irons. Weight is redistributed to the two rear corners to provide increased stability by raising the moment of inertia about the center of gravity. The unpainted portion along front of the crown is an added alignment feature to complement the rectangular profile and slight offset hosel to assist in squaring the face toward the target. Precision cast from 17-4 stainless steel and created with a special glider sole to reduce turf drag in addition to fat shots.

If you thought hybrids were easy to hit, the much expanded Acer XDS 'Wide Sole' Hybrid design offers you much more than current hybrid design. In fact, the design is based on fairway wood parameters that allow for the super high launch characteristics that make these hybrids easy to play. This set gradually decreases the volume or size of the head as the loft is increased and less help is usually needed. The rearward center-of-gravity of this hybrid design is enhanced by the rails at the soleplate to help you power through the grass and prevent 'digging' at impact for better quality contact with the ball. With its leading edge designed well forward of the hosel, you will be able to create more lift and produce higher launch angle thus more distance! This game- improvement set of hybrids will allow you to hit that high arching shot that you've always dreamed of hitting. Engineered for standard iron lengths, the Acer 'Wide Sole' Hybrid also provides you with additional control and accuracy. The new Acer XK hybrids are based on the most popular hybrid platform in our line, but we added a few new design elements to further improve upon the performance. First, we incorporated a variable face thickness to reduce the perimeter area of the impact area so the entire club face could be more active. This acts to increase the area of forgiveness over a larger portion of the face. Secondly, the crowns were constructed with our exclusive VCT (variable crown technology) that measure as little as 0.5mm thick. All the unwanted weight normally reserved for the crown was repositioned deep within the head for added stability, feel and added trajectory to hold greens better. Length and lofts were selected to be exact replacements for the same numbered long irons in terms of yardage.

The Bang Hybrid is now re-introduced as a full hybrid loft line-up based on the great success of the previous Bang Hybrid products. It features FA system technology for perfect trajectory, and a lower center of gravity to help launch the ball in the air quicker and easier than most hybrids on the market today. With the Bang Hybrid, hooks and slices are gone. The hybrid has a deep blue finish that fades to a black.

Tom Garber gave the highest rating for Bang Hybrid products, saying that it is the best club he has ever used in his whole life, and he simply could not have hit a better game without it.
